This Shipping & Returns Policy outlines how we handle delivery and returns for purchases made on www.tallowe.co.uk (“the Site”).
Shipping
- We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
- All orders are processed on a Friday and shipped on a Monday by Royal Mail Tracked 24.
- If a Monday falls on a bank holiday, then orders will be shipped the next usual business day.
- Please note that we handcraft our balms fresh every Friday, so you always receive them at their best.
- All orders received up to midnight Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 UK delivery typically takes 1-2 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
- Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect addresses.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order amount. Delivery charges will be waivered for orders £40 or more.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our skincare products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@tallowe.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. We will review each issue individually and work to resolve it promptly.
